Tina Vartanian is a seasoned public affairs and communications professional with extensive
experience in government relations, community engagement, and public policy strategy. She
currently serves as Senior Vice President at Actum, where she works on government relations,
media strategy, advocacy campaigns, and policy initiatives for mission-driven organizations
throughout California.

Previously, Tina was Public Affairs Director at ACG, where she led stakeholder development
efforts and built coalitions to support local development and policy goals. She also served as
Senior Policy Associate at the Alliance for Children’s Rights, where she championed key
legislative and budgetary priorities to improve outcomes for vulnerable youth.

Tina holds a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a
Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Northridge.
